We couldn't find your application
Some councils publish applications late, and a few run portals we can't read automatically. Send us the reference and a link to the application on your council's website and we'll sort it out by hand.
Refunds
If the letter isn't right, email us within 48 hours of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. You don't need to justify it.
Can you guarantee the application will be refused?
No, and nobody can. A council weighs objections against the development plan and everything else that is material. What we can do is make sure your objection engages the policies the officer has to apply, so it has to be addressed rather than noted.
